Hi I'm Andrew, I'm the head of publishing at Thinkmediamusic, and I am pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to get your music published.
I have been publishing music for TMM for over 6 years now with over 80 albums produced and published, and through the experience I have built up I am in the position to provide a quality publishing service for artists who are serious, or just curious about getting their music out into the world for sale and would like a piece of the digital distribution scene.
Over the years I have recieved many requests by artists eager to get their music published. We now have in place a company, a brand, and a system to respond to these demands.
Getting your music distributed can be a daunting prospect, and the work involved can put alot of potential musicians who have no support off the idea completely.
My aim is to get your music published and sold through a variety of distributors as well as qualified to receive performing royalties through a comprehensive variety of productions (TV, Film, Radio, Advertisments etc) and to make this experience as easy as possible for you.
For this service I charge a flat rate of £10 per track, thats it.
I also provide two optional extras, an album cover creation service and a reverbnation profile creation service.

ABMP service
This is the service you are paying me for.
Upon processing of your submitted music, your music will be available on the Thinkmediamusic website online library. This library is only accessible via a login, already several media producers have access to the library and more will have access in the future, your album will be presented with its album cover and the list of tracks, these are available to the visitor as streaming data in 256k quality (for online auditioning) the visitor can then download as many tracks as they need for their production.
Your music will also be available online to buy through numerous digital distributors like itunes and amazon.
Your music will also be registered with PRS
Individual track work
1. Ammend/create PRS registrations for each track (I will need your CAE number for this, you will need to become a registered writer member of PRS to receive your CAE number)
2. TMM track database parameters entry, for database records and TMM library information processing (for each track I require you to tell me the artist, trackname, brief description, genre, mood, duration, tempo and instruments used, if you don't provide this information your music will be less likely to be heard on our online library as it is used for populating our search engine parameters) I will not generate this information.
3. MP3 conversion
4. Uploading to TMM library server via ftp client, and name corrections
5. Update library info - track parameters (artist, trackname, genre, mood, duration etc) then HTML build
6. Quality control - making sure each track has uploaded correctly, plays and can be downloaded
7. ISRC codes generated
8. itunes delivery template (artist, publisher, date, ISRC code) Album creation/compilation, naming tracks, placing, entry into TMM database
Album work
1. Album creation/compilation, naming tracks, placing, entry into TMM database.
2. Burn CD's, post.
3. Dispatch individual album details.
Optional services
For an additional fee I will carry out the following services:-
Album cover artwork
1. Artwork creation for each album* - £20
- (to take the form of a photo or graphic image with the name of the album, the artist name and the name of the publishing company 'Thinkmediamusic', size, font and colour of the text can be negotiated)
- you can produce your own album cover for use at no extra cost, I need this to be in high resolution preferably. (I am not responsible for the resolution of artwork you send to me and I cannot improve it if it is not very good, so please make sure it is as high quality as possible)
*If you do not choose this option and do not have your own artwork, I will provide a basic option - a simple white background with black lettering for no extra charge, if you do not give me your artwork, or do not instruct me to create one for you I will understand that means you wish to have the basic option and produce that for you, I am not responsible for this choice so please make sure you tell me what you want.
Reverbnation profile creation - a free resource online music page
1. Reverbnation* profile - £40
To include:
- a maximum of 10 tracks uploaded
- a maximum of 4 photos uploaded
- a maximum of 2 links (artist website, album on itunes)
- Bio filled in (max 2000 characters) -info provided by client exclusively
- a maximum of 1 press review - info provided by client exclusively
- a maximum of 4 artist recommendations and a maximum of 1 hyperlinked picture linked to the artist's album on itunes or amazon (client's choice)
* Reverbnation is a free online artist resource web page which can showcase an artist's work and put them in touch with a fanbase.
After I have built the profile I will give you the login details for you to carry on moderating it.
Publisher requirements
What I need from you:-
When you wish to submit an album, you will need to send me
1. An audio CD disc
2. Funds for my service
3. Album details author/composer, date, track specifics (genre, mood, tempo, instruments, duration, track description) I will not generate these details for you.
4. Your PRS CAE member number
5. A completed assignment sheet for works submitted from time to time when they are completed and submitted for publishing as per Exhibit A in your TMM publishing contract (please refer to clause 4.3) this assigns the rights of your music and any new music you have created over to TMM for the duration of your contract.　
If choosing the option of your own album cover/s
1. Album artwork (preferably high resolution)
If choosing the option of the Reverbnation profile build
1. 4 photos
2. A biography (max 2000 characters)
3. A news/press review (if you have one)

I receive payment by the following options:
- Direct payment - Into ABMP account.
